Edgewalker Workshop

Service Description

A deep dive into the edges of our being-ness. In this workshop we will explore an embodied place of discomfort as a portal for exploration and self reflection. We will also explore approaching composition/dance making from a place of "undoing" as opposed to doing. You can come with a particular injury/project in mind but that is not necessary. You can expect: breathe-work, subtle energy work, somatic guided meditation and gentle improvised movement. No prior training needed but curiosity & humility are helpful. Included in the workshop cost is a 30 minute private session with me to follow up on the work via zoom or phone. Booked after workshop.

Cancellation Policy

For all private sessions: cancel or reschedule please provide 48 hours notice for refund. For best results, it is recommended to refrain from alcohol or other altering substances at least 24 hours before session. If possible give yourself a little time before and/or after session to go outside or lie down on ground. Have water to drink and tissues available.
